He came to the US as a young child.

Visitation for Xiong will run through Monday and then he will be buried with military honors.

it's amazing how someone who should have been defending our country attacked us. in no way, shape, or form should this have happened. if he was trying to cause this to happen, why did he even join the army?

No one should have to die, but they do; which is why it's so important to have people willing to sacrifice themselves in order to protect life for others. These people made the choice to hand over their free will, their physical and mental well being, even their lives in some cases. We owe it to them, those of us who are NOT willing, to respect their choice. They made the harder choice. Killing people is a harder choice than you think; it takes a hard toll. Don't believe me? Enlist and try it.

anonymous, you show your ignorance and lack of intelligence with a statement like that, you have lowered yourself to the level of a terrorist. Thinking before you speak or write publically would be a good plan.

Why is it, that more of our service people die from our own "protectors", than from the actual conflicts... NO American service person should die at the hands of another!!! Strap a bomb to his back and drop him on an enemy bunker! make him useful... one way or another!
