A Mountain Iron man delivered an emotional guilty plea in St. Louis County Court yesterday.
The Mesabi Daily News is reporting that Timothy James Raymond of Mountain Iron pleaded guilty to first-degree assault in an early December shooting in South Grove that injured John Charles Kolterman Jr. - a man Raymond calls a friend.
Raymond of Mountain Iron, now faces a potential sentence of up to 86 months in prison.
