Hospital Saved? Virginia Regional Medical Center Plans New Changes

The financial woes of the Virginia Regional Medical Center are plentiful.
Last year, the city–owned hospital lost 1 point 5 million dollars, and so far, the trend isn't reversing.
Matt Standal tells us how the hospital plans to build a new operating room, hire more medical staff, and keep its doors open to the community.
