Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- After adopting the "Lake Wobegon" name this summer, Duluth is about to play home to the Prairie Home one more time this year.

According to the official website, A Prairie Home Companion, with Mr. Minnesota host Garrison Keillor and the gang, will broadcast live from the DECC Auditorium Symphony Hall on November 8th.

The radio variety show has grown to a weekly audience of 4 million listeners on more than 600 public radio stations.

This summer was the 40th anniversary of A Prairie Home Companion.

To celebrate, Duluth joined communities across the state in becoming Lake Wobegon, Keillor's fictional home town featured in every broadcast, for a weekend in July.
