Duluth, MN (Northland's Newscenter) - The Duluth skyline is making a change as the 280 foot tall AT&T tower is coming down.
After 25 years of housing satellite dishes, crews began dismantling the aluminum siding.
The dishes inside provided long–distance service, but due upgraded technology, the tower is no longer needed.
The interior steel framing was exposed this morning, company officials say the project will be completed by next spring.
