Moose Lake, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Hundreds of people from across the country will be diving for agates tomorrow in Moose Lake, MN, during the annual Agate Days Celebration.
The agate stampede, which begins at 2 p.m. along Elm Ave., is the highlight of the weekend for many.
A truck full of gravel, agates and quarters is dumped on the avenue, a horn is sounded and the search is on.
The weekend includes a gem and mineral show billed as the world's largest market for buying and selling Lake Superior Agates.
A car show, steak fry and art in the park event are also planned.
