Superior, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- Superior Police are investigating shots fired at a home in the area of 24th Avenue East early Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to the scene around 3:45 AM on reports that shots were fired into a door of the home. Police say they found shotgun pellet holes in the door.
Authorities interviewed the young adults at the residence, however the home owner was out of state at the time of the incident.
Investigators say they have not been able to figure out the motive as of yet, but those interviewed believe an acquaintance of theirs may have been involved in the incident.
This shooting remains under investigation by police. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Superior Police.
