Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - On Thursday, dozens of brave people will rappel down the side of the Sellwood building in downtown Duluth.

Barbara Reyelts, however, couldn't wait to go over the edge.

At first it seemed like Barbara was stalling when she had some troubles at the top of the building.

With a little advice and probably a few words of encouragement she finally began to make her way down to Superior Street below.

It took her about 10 minutes to descend the nine floor building.

The Greater Downtown Council is behind the event which helps raise money to help downtown business improve their storefronts.

Last year's event raised $12 thousand dollars.
