Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - For most, having a baby on the way can be exciting, stressful, and down right confusing.

Fortunately for twin ports parents–to–be, the biannual Birth and Baby Fair was there for them at the First Methodist United Church on Saturday.

The fair offers new and expecting parents a wealth of childcare information, as well as the opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals.

On site were roughly fifty vendors offering local, handmade, and green products for sale, in addition to free workshops for any who wished to attend.

Event organizers say it's important to take the time to decide which birthing method is best for you.

"People spend months researching the right car... and the right camera," said event organizer Stacy Holden. "They don't always give a lot of thought into their choices for birth. So when you come here, then all of the sudden you realize, 'Oh my gosh, there are choices out there for me to make.'"

If you missed the event Saturday don't get your bonnet in a bunch, you can catch the next Birth and Baby Fair this October at the First United Methodist church in Duluth.
