Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A film maker with Duluth ties is going forward with filming a unique feature in the Northland and now they're looking for actors in the Duluth area.

Film maker Jim Ojala is hosting a casting call for actors of all age groups. The film titled 'Strange Nature' an eco-thriller that explores the deformed frog phenomenon that began in Minnesota in the early 1990's.
Some actors will be coming from Los Angeles, but the film maker would like to use as many actors from the Duluth area as possible.

"The casting director from L.A. has done a lot of very big projects and he's even considering doing some acting workshops, how to audition for feature films and camera" said Director of the Upper Minnesota Film Office, Riki McManus.

Casting will be taking place around July 10th through the 12th. A link to the movie's website can be found HERE.
