Car Flips Over in Duluth (With Photos)

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) -- A car flipped on its roof on Superior Street near the Incline Station in Duluth.

The incident happened on Superior Street and 6th Street.

Our crew member on scene says it appears the driver is not in or near the car.
