Carlton, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A Cloquet man has been charged in connection with a burglary at the CornerStone State Bank last week.

20 year old Beau William Diver has been charged with 2nd Degree Burglary for allegedly stealing money from the bank.

Diver also appeared in court on Monday for probation violation for a felony theft case back in August 2012. He pleaded guilty in that case and was serving three years’ supervised probation at the time of the burglary.

On November 11th, officers were called to the bank along the 1500 Block of Cloquet Avenue on the report of a broken window along with a unique rock painted with hearts and the word "Christen". Upon further investigation, authorities determined that an undisclosed amount of money had been taken from the bank.

Surveillance video captured footage of a suspect inside the bank.

Diver is scheduled to be back in court on November 25th.
