Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Nearly one in ten Minnesotans face hunger on a daily basis.
In light of that fact, hundreds came together in Duluth Tuesday to highlight the reality of hunger across Minnesota and the importance of access to healthy food.
The three day conference is being in Duluth aimed at highlighting the reality of hunger across Minnesota and finding a solution to gain food access for everyone
Here to shed more light on the hunger issue, we had the pleasure of being joined by Commissioner Lucinda Jesson, of the MN Dept. of Health, who shared her vision and hopes of the Food Access Summit, and her advice for those looking to be a part of the solution.
