Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The return of spring this weekend has also brought the return of construction season in the Northland. As of Monday morning, crews began work on a median crossover along Interstate 35 just south of Boundary Avenue in Duluth. A mile stretch of I–35 will be reduced to one lane for the next two weeks. Once that project is done, crews will then restrict traffic to the southbound lanes as they begin a $30 million project to put down new concrete and pave new shoulders and guardrail among other improvements. Construction on that project is expected to last until October. Posted to the web by Krista Burns
