Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Duluth has advanced to round four in Outside Magazine's contest for the 'best place to live in America'.
So far Duluth has beat out cities like Columbia, MO, Athens, OH, and La Crosse, WI. Now Duluth will face off against Minneapolis, and is currently on top.
To launch round four against Minneapolis fans of Duluth's hiking and biking trails are invited to help show off the easy access to recreation in Duluth.
People are asked to meet at the chair lift behind the Grand Chalet (8551 Grand Ave.) at Spirit Mountain at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30th.
"One of the best things about Duluth is our outdoor recreation is often right outside our front door," the International Mountain Bicycling Association's Midwest Director, Hansi Johnson, said. "We can ride to our bike rides, walk to our hikes and we don't have to cross a traffic–snarled metro to get to a great paddling spot."
