Doctors set tentative sugery dates for Alyssa Lomell

(NNCNOW.com) --- The UMD student recovering from severe frostbite could be released from the hospital by mid-February.

Alyssa Lommel, 19, was found outside unconscious after a night of drinking in December.

According to her CaringBridge site, doctors have set tentative dates for her next surgeries.

Experts will look at her heels to see if more work will be done.

Hand surgeons will meet with prosthetic experts.

Lommel is recovering at Regions Hospital in St. Paul.
