DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - In a unanimous decision, the Douglas County board approved an agreement Thursday designed to bring more jobs in Superior.

The cooperative agreement conveys the Parkland Industrial Park site from the County to Superior's Redevelopment Authority to attract Magnetation's new Pellet Plant.

The industrial site is about 150 acres.

Three other sites are also still in the running, one in Itasca County in Minnesota, one in Illinois and one in Indiana.
