Duluth, MN (Northlands NewsCenter)
-- A 17-year-old charged with three felonies in connection with a stabbing is waiting to be extradited from Douglas County to St. Louis County.

St. Louis County charged Norman Cutbank with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree Assault.

A juvenile delinquency petition says Cutbank helped inflict great bodily harm on a 17-year-old girl, who was found with a stab wound to her chest early Saturday morning.

They also said she had been hit in the head with a wooden baseball bat.

Police found an 18-year-old man nearby who had also been hit in the head with the bat.

One suspect is still at large in connection with this crime.

Anybody with information should call 911.
