Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com)--- Those of you wanting to sink your teeth into a Chipotle burrito will have to wait one more day...

According to officials at the Miller Hill Mall, Chipotle will be opening it's doors Friday at 11 a-m.

In preparation for the opening, store employees put their training to use today and held a soft opening for some lucky family and friends.

One Chipotle fan says Duluth will reap the benefits of Chipotle being here, since the corporation buys its product locally.

"I feel like Duluth is really a locally influenced town and Chipotle, basically they get all their produce and all their meat locally and it's just a great way to support the local economy," said Monica Norberg.

Chipotle was supposed to open on Wednesday, but due to technical difficulties in the kitchen, the opening was pushed back.

Chipotle opened it's first store in 1993 and has 900 locations across the U.S.
