Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The Duluth Methadone clinic is facing seven new violations following an inspection in the spring.

In a report filed last week, the Minnesota Department of Human Services states the violations include staffing, treatment plans for patients and documentation of records.

The Lake Superior Treatment Center is already at risk of losing its license in connection with past violations.

The clinic is run by a Florida-based company.
