Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Duluth Playhouse, and Underground, have been working to provide theater for young audiences for some time.

Starting this weekend, the culmination of those efforts has come to life in the wacky play "Balloonacy."

The play, says narrator Sheryl Skafte, is all about the adventure that ensues when an old man gets visited by a playful balloon.

Skafte says, for her, the best part is being able to spend 40 minutes listening to kids laugh.

"It's fantastic to see them so interested, and involved, and caring about the characters. And, it's a completely different medium than having them watch TV," said Skafte.
