Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Potential buyers now have more options when it comes to the former Rockridge Elementary school site.

The Duluth School Board divided the former Rockridge Elementary school and property into three separate parcels available for purchase Tuesday night during a closed door meeting.

The first parcel, includes the building itself and some adjacent land with a listing price of $995,000.

A stipulation is that the building cannot be built any higher.

The second parcel includes a lot of land only for an asking price of $200,000.

The third parcel includes a smaller lot of land behind the building for $85,000.

After being on the market for a few years, the School Board says this plan is a more appealing option for potential buyers.
