Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) ---The Duluth School Board investigation against board member Art Johnston continues to move forward, as he and other board members get interviewed by a third party investigator.
Some board members are accusing Johnston of assaulting staffers and making racist remarks.
He was questioned Wednesday, after the independent investigator had talked with several other board members.
Johnston continues to say that the school administration has been out to get him for a long time, and stressed that all that charges against him are false.
"I was very disappointed, of course, that the school and the administration did not get a little more, I think, proactive here and decide this was all just a bunch of bologna and go on to spending money and talk about more serious matters," said Johnston.
The Northland's News Center has filed a data practices request with the Duluth School Board for access to government data indicating details of these alleged complaints.
