Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com)--- A Duluth family has started a facebook campaign to try to figure out what led to the mysterious disappearance of their family bunny....

The Sandlin family woke up this morning to find an empty hutch where their two bunnies, Fluffy and Oreo would normally be.

They say they held a rummage sale at their home yesterday afternoon, and that two people inquired about their male bunny to use for breeding, which was not for sale.

Later that night there was some unusual activity outside their home.

"Heard a loud car outside, my car's kinda loud so I thought my car was getting stolen so I came to the door and checked and everything seemed to be fine and I went back to bed," said Michael Sandlin, the bunny's owner.

This morning the cage was wide open...and the bunnies were gone.
The female rabbit, Oreo was later found in a neighbor's yard,

The male rabbit is still missing.

The Sandlin's have filed a report with the sheriff's Office, they say whether he was snatched or hopped away on his own they just want him back.
