Hermantown, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Law enforcement say fatigue may have been a factor in a car accident that injured a 27-year-old Duluth man.

Hermantown Police say the man's vehicle was traveling southbound on Haines Road around seven o'clock Monday evening when it went off the road and through some yards, knocking down a power pole and hitting a tree.

The driver was the only person in the vehicle and was treated on scene. Police say the impact with the tree severely damaged the car, causing the engine to fall out.
