Canton, MA (NNCNOW.com) - America's all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, Dunkin' Donuts, announced on Monday the signing of a development deal to open seven restaurants in Duluth and the surrounding areas.
The first restaurant is slated to open in the spring of 2015.
"We are excited to expand the brand's presence in Minnesota and play an important role in the daily lives of people who live, work and visit here," Dunkin' Donuts franchisee, Brian Weidendorf, said. "We have a passion and loyalty for the brand and look forward to opening our restaurants in the years to come."
In June, Dunkin' Donuts opened a new restaurant in Rochester, Minnesota at the Kahler Grand Hotel, the first Dunkin' Donuts store to open in Minnesota in more than a decade.
Franchise opportunities still remain available throughout Minnesota in Minneapolis and Mankato.
