Early Morning Fire in Duluth Sends Multiple People to Hospital
Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.COM) --- At least four people were rushed St. Luke's hospital for possible smoke inhalation this morning following a downtown Duluth apartment fire.
Firefighters responded just before 6 am to the Greysolon Apartments on the 800 block of East 1st Street.
Upon arrival, firefighters found that a fire was started in the entry way of an apartment but it was mostly put out by residents before they arrived.
The fire is believed to be suspicious in nature and an investigation is currently underway.
The American Red Cross Northern Minnesota Region is assisting one adult and one child following this morning's fire.
