Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - A one car rollover caused a traffic backup Sunday afternoon on Grand Avenue at Grand Avenue Place.
Duluth Police say the driver, a 67-year-old woman, hit a patch of ice and slid into a snow bank, causing the vehicle to flip on its side in the eastbound lanes.
The driver was not hurt. An 89-year-old woman, a passenger, was taken to St. Luke's for a precautionary exam.
The crash happened at about 12:15 p.m. near the entrance to the US Forestry Department.
