Milwaukee, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- The Potawatomi Bingo Casino IN Milwaukee is facing an investigation based on allegations of discrimination.

On Tuesday, May 6 a U.S. District Judge approved the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) application to enforce a subpoena against the casino.

EEOC says the ruling allows them to continue with their investigation of an age discrimination charge filed against the casino by a former employee.

The former casino employee alleged the casino had violated the ADEA by harassing him and subjecting him to different terms and conditions of employment than younger co-workers.
