Cloquet, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Five people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at the Lemon Tree Liquor Store in Cloquet on Wednesday.

Authorities say four adults and one juvenile are currently awaiting charges for their alleged involvement in the robbery.

Officers were called to the liquor store around 10pm Wednesday on the report that two men and one woman entered the business and tried to grab money from the clerks as they were closing the business.

A brief struggle ensued before the suspects allegedly fled the store on foot. A small amount of cash was taken by the suspects.

A short time later, Cloquet Police received a tip from the public on the location of the suspects and were able to take them into custody without incident.

Authorities say no weapons were involved, and no one was hurt.

The Cloquet Police Department, with assistance by the Fond du Lac Police Department, Carlton County Sheriff's Department, and the Minnesota State Patrol, continue to investigate this case.
