Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Minnesota Lake Superior Coastal Program (MLSCP) will host the first Superior Scavenger hunt called Follow the Flow!

Organizers hope scavenger hunters will learn about the importance of Lake Superior and its watershed, while having a lot of fun.

Scavenger hunt clues will be about human uses, impacts and natural features of Lake Superior. The clues will be posted on the MLSCP website and FB pages, as well as on the Lake Superior Days FB page.

"The scavenger hunt is a fun way for families to engage kids in active play and problem-solving, while learning about the vital role of Lake Superior in our lives," Project Manager, Julie McDonnell, said.

The scavenger hunt will take place from July13-20 within Duluth. Prizes will be given at the Lake Superior Day celebration in Canal Park. To take a look at the rules, please click here.
