Four Injured in Crash Near Makinen

Makinen, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Four people were injured in a rollover crash late Saturday night near Makinen.

The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office reports that shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday a vehicle left a stretch of Wilson Road/Lorrey Lane and rolled, trapping the people inside.

All four of the vehicle's occupants recieved medical attention. The Sheriff's Office reports one of the patient's was airlifted to St. Mary's Duluth.

According to the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office, all of the victims were treated for what was believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation. The Sheriff's Office reports alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the accident.
