Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --Duluth and Hermantown Police responded to a four vehicle crash around 10:30 a.m. Monday just off of Haines Road and Berkley Road.

A jogger who witnessed the accident said a red ford pick-up truck was turning into Parkwood Avenue, when the car behind it was rear-ended by a third car, creating something of a pile up.

"The car behind them, must not have seen and hit the second car, which in turn hit the red truck and it was a rear-end to side, like collision", said Lauren Borndal

A 28 year old woman from Superior has been issued citations for texting while driving, driving after suspension, and driving without insurance.
