Superior, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) - Throughout the end of October and most of November, Superior tattoo parlors, like Scaw's Ink, are participating in "Tats for Tots."
People are encouraged to bring in toys to Scaw's, where they will then become Christmas presents for Northland children in need.
The donation will also come with a certain percent off on your next tattoo.
According to Scaw's Ink owner, Larry Kallberg, it's a great reason to get over the fear of putting the needle to skin... but you don't have to get a tattoo to donate.
"Even if you don't [want] a tattoo, feel free to come in and drop a toy off to us. You can also get a gift certificate—we'll take a toy and we'll give you that percentage off on a gift certificate as well," said Kallberg.
Other participating tattoo parlors include "Ink," "True Colors Tattoo," and "Black Lagoon Tattoo and Piercing."
