St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has signed an emergency Executive Order in the wake of the late June flooding in Southern Minnesota.

Severe storms and flash flooding affected a large section of the state resulting in significant debris issues, and extensive damage to public infrastructure.

Tens of thousands were left without power in the storm that produced strong winds.
