Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- As a sign of the commitment Duluth has to revitalizing West Duluth, ground was broken Tuesday on some new townhomes in the neighborhood.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the Ramsey Townhome Development kicked off phase four of a new development.
The twelve units to be constructed are in addition to the 80 units already completed.
Duluth Mayor Don Ness says projects like these help further his vision to re-energize West Duluth and the St. Louis River Corridor.
"We want west Duluth to be a great place for families and for young folks to choose to live and Mr. Talle's ongoing commitment to west Duluth is testament both to the health of our community as well as that this is a place that people want to live," said Mayor Ness.
Three new four-plexes are still on the docket to be built as part of this construction phase.
