Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Haines Road in West Duluth will reopen to traffic Tuesday morning after months of work following the June 2012 flood.
It's pegged the most expensive road project in Saint Louis County's history, with a price tag of $12 million dollars.
Crews spent the last few weeks putting the final touches on two point two miles of road between Piedmont Heights and 40th Avenue West.
County officials are expected to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The road is expected to reopen to traffic at 11:30.
