Duluth, MN (Northland’s NewsCenter) --- Young Trick-or-treaters prowled the trails of Hartley Nature Center for the annual Howl-O-Ween party.
Kids up to 8-years of age took part in trick-or-treating, face painting and Halloween games.
Along the trails they received candy and learned more about wildlife from costumed critters.
"The animals tell them something about how they live,” Joy Turnbull-Dunham of Hartley Nature Center said. “So there's a bald eagle that might talk about their nest or their feathers. They'll meet a moose, a beaver a lady bug."
Many kids also took part in a costume parade.
