Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com)--- Two representatives of IdleNoMore Minnesota, with ties to Duluth...were arrested Tuesday evening at the Mall of America.

The arrests of organizers Patricia Shepard and Reyna Crow of Duluth came following their group's attempt to conduct what they describe as a "healing round dance" for all communities.

Organizers say mall management refused to allow their Dance, claiming it was nothing more than a political protest.

Shepard and Crow say the round dance, their drums and songs are anything but a political protest.

Instead they say they are a part of their Native American cultural way of life and are sacred.

Others who had gathered at the mall with their drums to take part in the dance were escorted out of the Mall of America.

Both Shepard and Crow were released following their arrest.
