Superior, WI (NNCNOW.com) -- Students at UW–Superior stripped off their clothes for a good cause and to show some school spirit Friday night.

The clothes the students took off for the Nearly Naked Run were donated to Goodwill.

The run was one of several events going on for the first ever Jacket Racket.

Organizers also have a special prize for people who go to several of the events.

"The big thing that we are pushing for students, is that if they attend four events this weekend they are eligible to win a full tuition scholarship. Everything paid for, for a whole semester; which is a pretty cool thing," said Emily Akason, marketing specialist for admissions at UW-Superior.

Saturday's events include Student Pep Fest and 10th year birthday party, the men's hockey game and the Union Bash dance competition.
