With elections almost two months behind us, former political opponents are teaming up to serve the northland.
Eighth district Congressman-elect Rick Nolan announced the appointment of five Minnesotans to his Congressional staff late Sunday night.
One of those staffers is a man who ran against Nolan in the primaries: former Duluth City Council president, Jeff Anderson. Anderson will serve as the District Director, overseeing congressional offices across the northland.
Other staffers include Jim Siderski, Jodie Torkelson, Ione Yates, and Steve Johnson.
