Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com)-- The woman accused of conspiring to tamper with witnesses in connection with the death of Trina Langenbrunner in 2000 was in court, contesting probable cause issues.

Sandra Couture allegedly worked with Joseph Couture, the man accused of killing Langenbrunner, to threaten and harass multiple witnesses.

Police monitored phone calls between Sandra and Joseph Couture to make their case.

A St. Louis County Judge heard arguments as to whether to move the case to trial.

A decision is expected after the New Year.
