'Last Place' Owner Attorney Files for Dismissal of Federal Charges

(NNCNOW.com)-- The attorney for Last Place on Earth owner Jim Carlson is trying to get several federal charges dismissed against his client.

Randall Tigue filed a motion to dismiss several charges against Carlson that were filed via a 54-count indictment. Federal attorneys allege Carlson violated the controlled substances act many times.

Tigue plans to get whole indictment dismissed later this summer.
