Law Enforcement career fair preps students for future job opportunities

Cloquet, MN (NNCNOW.com)--- Students interested in careers in law enforcement got a chance to network and learn about job opportunities in the criminal justice field today in Carlton County.

The career fair was part of the 10th annual Law Enforcement expo at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College.

32 agencies from around the state, including police, sheriff, correctional departments and federal agencies were on hand to discuss current and future job openings and the required training qualified applicants should have

"We bring the company to them here, and these recruiters for these different agencies love to talk to our students get good leads on who might be a good candidate for them in the future," said Scott Lyons, Program Coordinator for the Law Enforcement Training Program at Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College

Nearly two hundred people attended today's event.
