Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Duluth Police are notifying the community about the relocation of a Level III Predatory Offender.
36-year-old Erich Deolax Riker is currently living in the vicinity of 20th Avenue West and Superior Street.
Riker has a history of sexual contact with juvenile females (age 10-14). Contact has included penetration. Riker gained compliance in at least one instance through use of an accomplice.
One victim was vulnerable due to developmental disability. Riker was both known and unknown to victims.
