Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- Duluth Police have released the name of the victim from Friday's homicide as 28-year-old Joshua Eric Defoe, a resident of Duluth.

At 8:22 a.m. on April 27th, Police were called to an apartment in the 100 block of East First Street.

A renter of the apartment called authorities and said he found Defoe deceased inside.
