Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A 20 year old Duluth man has been charged in connection with vehicle prowls in West Duluth.

On Wednesday, Duluth Police were called to the 5500 Block of West 8th Street on the report of a person prowling cars in the area.

Officers arrested Joshua Miller after they say they found items taken in a vehicle prowl on the ground near his shoe prints. He was also identified by a witness.
