Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - 29 year old Jordis Unga will be taking part in the second season of the NBC reality television series 'The Voice.'
Unga, who gained attention for her performances on CBS's 'Rock Star: INXS,' has gained a cult following in Minneapolis as a vocalist for 'The Fighting Tongs,' and 'Liar's Club.'

After three of four judges opted for her after her February 13th performance, Unga spoke about her decision to side with 'Team Blake.'

"When they were all discussing my performance, I think that he said all the right things. I think he said everything that I want to be as an artist. And, I'm really so happy with my choice. But, it was hard to look Christina Aguilera in the eye and be like, 'Oh, you want to coach me? Sorry, I think I'll go over there," said Unga.

The second season of 'The Voice' runs every Monday at 7 PM on NBC.
