Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Minnesota based Dairy Queen has joined the growing list of companies that have fallen victim to a data breach.

D.Q. reports it's been notified that customer data, at a limited number of stores, may be at risk.

The home of sweet treats is cooperating with authorities investigating this latest breach involving Malware.

In a statement to us, the company says it is communicating with its franchised locations, credit card processors and card companies to gather information.

Spokesman Dean Peters tells us at this time there is still no substantiated evidence of a breach at any of their locations.

But he added if consumers are concerned, they should contact their banking institution's fraud department.
