St. Paul, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The Minnesota Statewide Multimodal Transportation Plan, from 2012-2031, is finalized and available online.
The plan addresses the entire transportation system including highways, local streets and roads, transit, railroads, aviation, ports, waterways and bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
It will be used to influence MnDOT's future investment decisions and shape other transporation plans, according to MnDOT.
